AdviPay is a new product that is being launched across Australia. We are experiencing exciting growth as we help more businesses advertise now and pay later. Our founders have extensive experience in both finance and media. We adhere to all the regulatory requirements including….and are aware of the challenges faced by both media and small businesses within regional Australia. We are looking to make it easier to buy and pay for advertising across any media channel.

What is AdviPay?

AdviPay allows you to pay invoices issued by your Media Provider for Advertisements either bought online or via other sales channels. Once you have set-up an AdviPay account, you can pay for your advertising in installments over 3 months.

How much does AdviPay cost to use?

Free to use so long as payment installments are made on time. Your media partner pays a small merchant fee to AdviPay to provide this service to its customers so we don’t have to charge any interest or account keeping fees.

What information do I need to setup the account?

Company name, ABN, Directors, Trust, Address of company, validate mobile and email address +

What is this information used for?

We require this information to meet our compliance obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act. This is standard practise when issuing credit to business customers. 

Is my personal information protected?

Yes, We use <> grade encryption for processing credit card information and do not share your details with any third parties. Our forms are also protected by <> so you can rest assured that your privacy is protected at all times whilst using AdviPay. <Refer to Privacy Policy>

Does AdviPay perform a credit check?

Yes, for new customers, it is our obligation to perform a standard credit check to ensure that we are able to lend funds to your business. We use <> to provide this service. 

What is the timing of installments?

Your first installment is due 30 days after your campaign is live. 
For example - Your ad is published in the newspaper on 15 April. 
Your first installment will be due on 15 of May.
Your second installment will be due on 15 of June.
Third and final installment will be due on 15 of July.

What happens if I miss an installment payment ?

If you miss an installment we will have to charge you a $15.00 late fee for each month the outstanding balance remains unpaid. After the 3 month period we will hand the account back to your media provider who may refer the outstanding balance to a credit collection agency.

Can I use a credit card to pay for installments ?

Yes, you can pay for your installments using a credit card. You will be charged the credit card merchant fee which is approxiamtley 1.5%

What happens if I have an issue with the ad that was run?

If there is an issue with your ad you can still talk to your sales representative as you currently do. AdviPay provides a 10 day period between when your ad is published/broadcast and your payment plan is set-up.

If you have any disputes with your order you can resolve these during this period without any fees or charges applying.

How do Refunds work after the advertisement has been financed ?

Refunds will be authorised via your media partner. You will need to contact your media partner should there be any refunds required outside of the 10 day period between your ad being published/broadcast and your payment plan being initiated (see above).

How are payments collected?

Payments are collected via a Direct Debit authority. You can use a credit card, or bank account. We will ensure you are provided with plenty of notice before the amount is debited so you will always know when and how much will be debited. This will only be for ⅓ of your total order as per above.

Are there any credit limits?

The standard credit limit will be set at $6,000, however we will consider this on a case by case basis.

What happens if I owe money to my media provider ?

If you have money outstanding at the time of entering into an AdviPay payment plan then you will first need to pay the outstanding balance owed in full to your media provider before we can issue any further credit.

Do I still receive an invoice for my advertising?

Yes, when we set up your payment plan we will provide an invoice from your media provider.

What is the catch?

There are no catches. We are trying to provide a win-win for both buyers and sellers of advertising.
